That can include bank holidays but doesn’t always – you should check your contract. I didn’t realise it but found it while researching something for holiday time off.

For a normal working week (37.5 hours)

Hours: 37.5 * 5.6 = 210 Hours
Days : 5 * 5.6 = 28 Days

Seems you get around a month off annually which sounds like a lot but probably doesn’t quite work that way so well. It was effective from the start of the financial year – April 2009.
